# Rivvi

## What Rivvi does

- **Workspace chat**: Ask it like the tools you already use. Files you upload stay in the workspace. Reports, tables, charts, and drafts persist. Memory compounds across the organization.
- **Teams**: Install the Rivvi app and tag @Rivvi in the chat the team already has. Same memory as the workspace.
- **Connect**: Microsoft 365 (Power BI, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, Outlook calendar), Google Drive, Sheets, and Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, LeadingReach, and files. One Microsoft connection. No Azure app registration. Writes can require approval. Your own credentials. Nothing writes to the EHR.
- **Action**: Calls in and out, texts, inbound line, website widget, automations. From the same memory.
- **Memory**: You can see, correct, or remove what it keeps in Settings → Memory. Between sessions it consolidates what it learned.
