- **Price:** $0. No clock. No card.
- **Seats:** you and two colleagues (cap 3)
- **Conversation credits:** none included. Sample call only, to the phone you verified at signup, capped at 3.
- **Included:** Workspace, memory, uploads to 500MB, connectors, @Rivvi in Teams. BAA e-signed in the app before any patient data moves.
- **Card:** Asked only when you upgrade to Team or Business, or buy the first credit block.

## Paid plans

The price is the seat. No surface except Checkout and the Billing invoice shows an org total.

- **Team:** $79 Standard / $199 Premium per seat per month. Minimum 5 seats.
- **Business:** $149 Standard / $299 Premium per seat per month. Minimum 10 seats. 15% more credits in every Conversations block. Audit export, admin controls, domain policy.

Annual billing is 20% off the seat price.

## Conversations

Voice, text, and website chat spend conversation credits from one balance. Buy them in blocks. They reload when the balance runs low.

- A minute of a call: 40 credits
- A text: 4 credits
- A website chat: 10 credits

Blocks (Team credits; Business gets 15% more at the same price): 10,000 for $100 · 50,000 for $450 · 100,000 for $800 · 250,000 for $1,750 · 1,000,000 for $5,000.

## Compliance (included at every tier)

- HIPAA-eligible infrastructure. BAA e-signed in the app before any patient data moves.
- SOC 2 Type II.
- TCPA opt-out honored on every outreach path.
- Patient data is not used to train third-party models.
