Rivvi vs Microsoft Copilot
You already have Copilot. It still can't call a patient.
Most practices already have Copilot in Teams. Coverage is not the same as action. It still cannot call a patient.

The difference
Ask is not enough if it cannot act
A Microsoft 365 BAA can cover Copilot. That is honest, and it is not enough. Copilot cannot place a patient call, send a TCPA-governed text, or enrich a roster against CMS and NPI.
The comparison a buyer actually makes is: we already pay for Copilot, why Rivvi. Because Copilot drafts. Rivvi asks the list, then works it.
Alerts still land in Teams. Rivvi posts them. Copilot cannot originate the outreach those alerts are about.

FAQ
What buyers ask first
Can I use Microsoft Copilot on my patient list?
Microsoft 365's BAA can cover Copilot, but Copilot cannot act on a patient list: no outbound, no enrichment, no TCPA. Rivvi can, BAA in signup.
Does Rivvi include a BAA?
Yes. The BAA is e-signed in signup, before any patient data moves. That is what makes the trial usable on a real list, rather than a demo file you cannot put production data into.
