Is Rivvi HIPAA compliant?
Rivvi runs on HIPAA-eligible infrastructure and signs a Business Associate Agreement with every organization. You e-sign it inside the app, or send it to whoever signs your contracts, and nothing goes live until it's signed. Patient information is never used to train third-party models, and TCPA opt-out is honored on every outreach path.
How long does it take to get started?
About 5 minutes. Sign up (no card), and Rivvi researches your practice: locations, providers, hours, and what you already run. Then it shows you what it found. Confirm it, pick your first program, sign the BAA in the app, and it calls you so you can hear it work. No sales call, no integration project.
Does Rivvi replace my team?
