For doctors and the clinical team
AI for doctors, with a HIPAA BAA
Most doctors have already tried ChatGPT. Rivvi is HIPAA-compliant AI your clinical team can use with patient information: upload a chart export or a PDF, ask what's in it, and get a letter, a summary, or patient instructions back as a draft for your review.
What it takes off your plate
01
Letters and prior authorization drafts
Give Rivvi the diagnosis, the history, and what the payer asked for, and get a prior authorization or medical necessity letter draft. Referral letters and work or school notes start from a draft too. You edit it, sign it, and send it yourself.
02
Summaries of the chart you upload
Upload a chart export, outside records, or a PDF of consult notes and ask for a summary, a medication list, or the dates that matter. Rivvi points to where each item came from in the file so you can check it.
03
Patient instructions in plain language
Turn your instructions into plain language at the reading level you choose, in English, Spanish, or the patient's own language. Have a fluent speaker review anything clinical before it reaches a patient.
How it works
01
Upload
Drop a PDF, a document, or an image into chat, or add a spreadsheet up to 50MB in Data. Files in SharePoint, OneDrive, or Google Drive come in without a download. See all integrations.
02
Ask
Ask the way you would ask a colleague: "Summarize the last three cardiology notes and list every medication change." You can also ask background questions, such as what a payer policy requires, and check the answer against the source.
03
Review and use
Every answer is a draft for your review. Copy it where it needs to go. Nothing writes to the EHR, and the whole clinical team works from the same workspace, including anyone who tags @Rivvi in Microsoft Teams.
