Is Rivvi HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. Rivvi includes a HIPAA BAA, even on the free plan, and is SOC 2 Type II. Patient data is not used to train third-party models, and PHI access is logged. TCPA opt-outs are honored on every outreach path, so a patient who says stop stays stopped.
Does it write into our EHR or care management platform?
No. No EHR integration is needed. You upload exports, and Rivvi returns lists, drafts and call outcomes. When a patient needs a visit booked, it warm-transfers the call or creates a task. Outcomes are recorded in Rivvi and pushed to HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho if connected.
Does Rivvi make clinical decisions?
No. It sorts lists and drafts plans for your review. On calls, when a patient reports symptoms or needs clinical advice, Rivvi transfers to your team or creates a task with the details. Clinical judgment stays with your nurses and providers. See the TCM billing guide for timing rules.
What languages does it support?
Rivvi calls, texts and chats in Spanish and 30 more languages. It can draft education handouts and scripts in those languages too. Have a fluent speaker review anything clinical before it reaches patients, as you would with any translation.
