For billers, coders and revenue cycle leads

Turn denial and aging reports into a ranked worklist

Rivvi is a HIPAA-compliant AI workspace your billing team chats with and uploads files to. Group denials, catch underpayments and draft appeals for review. It can also phone patients, answer the practice's phone, text, and chat on your website, and route billing calls to your team.

What it takes off your plate

  1. 01

    Denial and rejection triage

Upload a denial report, remittance export or clearinghouse rejection file. Rivvi groups it by CARC code, payer, provider and root cause, with counts and dollars you can check. Our denial analysis guide shows the method.

  2. 02

    Appeals and letters, drafted

Attach the remittance and visit note and get an appeal draft, or a patient balance letter in plain language. Email from Rivvi is draft-only: a person reviews and sends.

  3. 03

    Billing calls, routed

On Team, Rivvi answers the practice's phone and handles general billing questions from your financial policy. Patients who need their account reviewed get warm-transferred to the billing office through your phone tree, or a callback task is created.

How it works

  1. 01

    Upload or connect

Add denial reports, A/R aging, remittance and rejection exports, or pull them from Excel, OneDrive or Google Sheets. See integrations.

  2. 02

    Ask

"Which denials could the front desk have prevented last month, and what did they cost?" Rivvi answers with counts, dollars and the rows behind them.

  3. 03

    Act

Build worklists, front desk tip sheets, appeal drafts and month-end summaries. A person submits every claim and appeal.

Questions

Is Rivvi HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. Rivvi includes a HIPAA BAA, even on the free plan, and is SOC 2 Type II. Patient data is not used to train third-party models, and PHI access is logged. Claim files, remittances and aging reports name patients, so they belong in a tool like this.
Does it post payments, submit claims or write into our EHR?
No. No EHR or practice management integration is needed. Rivvi reads the exports you upload and returns worklists and drafts. A person submits claims and appeals. On calls, it transfers or creates tasks, and outcomes are pushed to HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho if connected.
How do we know the numbers are right?
Rivvi shows the counts and rows behind each answer. Ask for row counts, spot-check a few claims against the source file, and compare one total with your system's report. AI can produce confident errors, called hallucinations, so a person checks before money moves.
Does it know CARC and RARC codes?
Yes. It explains standard claim adjustment reason codes (CARC) and remittance advice remark codes (RARC) in plain English. Payer rules change, so attach the payer's current policy when an appeal depends on it, and Rivvi will quote it.
