About this data
Plans, premiums, out-of-pocket maximums, and drug deductibles come from the CMS CY2027 Medicare Advantage and Part D landscape file. Change from 2026 compares it with the CY2026 landscape. Stars are the 2027 Star Ratings CMS released October 8, 2026: the overall rating for Advantage plans and the Part D summary rating for drug-only plans, which have no overall rating.
Advantage counts include Special Needs Plans, which are open only to people who qualify. Drug-only plans are listed by CMS for a whole state, so every county page shows them. Employer group plans are not in the file. This page lists plans; it does not say which plan fits anyone, and Rivvi does not sell plans.
