Average sales price
Average sales price is the manufacturer-reported price Medicare uses to pay many Part B drugs. CMS publishes a quarterly payment file and an NDC to HCPCS crosswalk. This site stores the October 2026 crosswalk, effective October 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. It does not store the short descriptor, which can be CPT text. The lookup is at /hcpcs.
