OpenEvidence answers the clinical question. Rivvi works the organization's own data.
Use both. One is cited medical evidence for a verified clinician. The other is a workspace the whole team shares, on its own files, under a BAA.
OpenEvidence is free for verified U.S. healthcare professionals and answers clinical questions from peer-reviewed literature, with citations. Its standard BAA applies to covered entities. Rivvi is a different job: a team workspace with shared memory, files, and Teams. Its free organization plan (you and 2 colleagues) includes a HIPAA BAA, e-signed in the app before any patient data moves.

Medical evidence or your organization's data
OpenEvidence says it is free and unlimited for verified U.S. healthcare professionals, and that its answers are sourced, cited, and grounded in peer-reviewed medical literature. Registration asks for an NPI or other professional license number. OpenEvidence is funded by advertising to verified clinicians.
Its standard Business Associate Agreement is part of its Terms of Use and applies to covered entities that enter PHI. Conversations are private by default. The license in its terms is for your own professional use, and the pages checked do not describe a shared organization workspace.
Rivvi is that shared workspace. Upload the gap list, the payroll file, or the discharge list, and the whole team asks the same memory, in the app or in Microsoft Teams. The free organization plan is you and two colleagues, with a HIPAA BAA e-signed in the app before any patient data moves.
Use OpenEvidence when a clinician needs the literature. Use Rivvi when the organization needs an answer from its own data, and someone needs to act on it.
