Medicare Advantage is Medicare Part C. A private plan contracts with Medicare to cover Part A and Part B benefits, and many plans include Part D drugs. CMS publishes Star Ratings for the contracts. The 2027 ratings were released October 8, 2026. Plan enrollment for the next year runs October 15 through December 7. The ratings lookup is at /star-ratings-2027.
A Star Rating is not a medical recommendation. The contract page shows the overall rating CMS published and the measure rows in the file. It does not tell someone which plan to join.
