Does Airtable sign a BAA?
Yes, for Enterprise Scale customers. Airtable says to contact your Airtable account executive to begin the BAA process.
Can we turn on HIPAA ourselves in the Airtable admin panel?
No. Airtable says there is no setting admins can adjust. Once the BAA is signed and processed, Airtable turns the feature on for your organization.
We are not on Enterprise Scale. Can we get HIPAA features?
Airtable says it only offers HIPAA compliance features for Enterprise Scale customers, and suggests contacting its sales team about that plan.
