Yes, for the Enterprise Plan. Smartsheet says Enterprise Plan customers in healthcare can use Smartsheet with certain types of PHI after executing a BAA with Smartsheet.
How do we get a BAA from Smartsheet?
Smartsheet says to contact your Smartsheet account manager or submit the Smartsheet for Healthcare form to reach its Sales team.
Can we use PHI on Smartsheet Pro or Business?
No. Smartsheet lists Trials, the Pro Plan, and the Business Plan as PHI ineligible services. It also lists EAP members on any plan and Brandfolder as ineligible.
