Is Calendly HIPAA compliant?

No. Calendly does not offer a BAA on the plans Rivvi checked. Free, Standard, and Teams: no BAA. Calendly says it is not currently designed for HIPAA compliance and PHI should not be submitted to it. Enterprise: no BAA. Calendly says Business Associate Agreements are not applicable because PHI should not be submitted to Calendly.

Questions
Will Calendly sign a BAA?
No. Calendly's help center says it is not currently designed for HIPAA compliance, so Business Associate Agreements are not applicable.
Can we put patient information into Calendly?
Calendly says PHI should not be submitted to Calendly. It also says its access controls do not override the prohibition on PHI in its Terms of Use.
Does Calendly train AI models on our data?
Calendly says it does not sell customer data or use it to train AI models, and it does not allow third party AI providers to train on your data. Rivvi is an AI workspace for healthcare teams. Rivvi's free organization plan (you and 2 colleagues) includes a HIPAA BAA.
