Is Google Meet HIPAA compliant?

Yes, for Google Meet in Google Workspace. Google lists Google Meet among the Google Workspace services included in the Google Cloud BAA.
What has to happen before a team uses PHI in Google Meet?
Google says administrators must review and accept a BAA before using PHI in Google services. Google also says customers who have not signed a BAA with Google must not use PHI in Google Workspace.
Are third party Meet add-ons covered?
No. Google says third party applications, including add-ons, are not included in the functionality covered by the BAA.
