Yes. Zendesk says customers can sign a Healthcare Agreement, which includes its BAA, after they buy Advanced Compliance directly or through a plan that includes the add-on.
What does a HIPAA enabled Zendesk account need?
Zendesk says you need to purchase the Advanced Security or Advanced Compliance add-on, enable a set of security configurations Zendesk outlines, and execute its BAA.
Are Marketplace apps and early access features covered?
No. Zendesk says Early Access Programs and Built by Zendesk applications from the Marketplace are not covered by the Healthcare Agreement and should not be used with PHI.
Is Zendesk AI covered by the BAA?
Zendesk's Trust Center says Zendesk AI is eligible for coverage under Zendesk's BAA.
