National Drug Code

A National Drug Code is the number FDA assigns to a drug product. The 11-digit form identifies the labeler, the product, and the package. FDA updates the directory as products change. This site reads the public openFDA NDC directory when you search. The lookup is at /ndc.

National Drug Code

When the October 2026 CMS ASP crosswalk lists that NDC, the page also shows the HCPCS code and the billable units per 11-digit NDC. The crosswalk is effective October 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026.
