Enterprise: Otter lists HIPAA compliance as an Enterprise add-on, and you start the BAA process through your account manager or Otter's Sales team. Business, Pro, and Basic (free): no BAA. Otter says HIPAA compliance is only available on the Enterprise plan.

Are Otter Basic, Pro, or Business covered?

Is Otter a business associate as soon as we sign up?
