Medicare revalidation

Medicare revalidation is the process that asks an enrolled provider or supplier to confirm that the PECOS record is still accurate. CMS sets the cycle, often every five years, and sooner in some cases. Missing the due date can lead to a deactivation of billing privileges. The enrollment lookup is at /medicare-enrollment-lookup.

Medicare revalidation

A public enrollment row is not the revalidation due date. Due dates are in PECOS and in the notices CMS sends.
