Jotform says HIPAA compliance features are available on Gold and Enterprise only, and its BAA goes to accounts that enable those features. Gold and Enterprise: Jotform says a covered entity must enable the HIPAA environment and then sign the BAA from the Data page.

Yes, for covered entities on Gold or Enterprise. Jotform says covered entity customers that enable HIPAA compliance features in their account receive a signed Business Associate Agreement.
How do we get a BAA from Jotform?
Jotform says you enable the HIPAA environment with its upgrade wizard, which moves your data to a dedicated HIPAA system. The last step is to click Sign BAA on the Data page and submit the BAA form.
Is the free Jotform Starter plan covered?
